For those walking the Katalyst Method path... first, you don't need to be fixed.
You need a place that knows how to hold both your humanity and your post trauma recovery.

My name is Kimberly A. Davidson, and I’ve walked with thousands of clients across 33 countries—supporting individuals, families, leaders, and frontline professionals through the complexities of trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions.

Before founding The Katalyst System, I spent decades building companies, leading international mergers, and helping people find success in their professional worlds. But after a personal health crisis—and a lifetime of high-functioning trauma—I chose to rebuild my life, from the inside out.

I studied the clinical models,
I walked the spiral of my own healing,
And I built a system I wish had existed for me.

My approach is rooted in:

  • Evidence-based trauma modalities

  • Deep somatic and relational therapies

  • Ongoing professional development in integrative medicine, neuroscience, and human potential

  • And most importantly—presence, compassion, and truth.

I hold designations in over 40 therapeutic, coaching, and integrative certifications, including:

  • Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)

  • Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)

  • Master Therapeutic Counsellor (MTC)

  • Master NeuroAffective Relational Model Therapist (NARM)

  • Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP)
…and many more. (I will include them at the end if you would like to see some of them)

But beyond the titles, certifications & training, what I offer is this:

A nervous system that can hold yours.
A presence that honors your pace.
A system that doesn’t just support healing,
It invites remembrance.

This Path Is for You If:

  • You’re ready to rebuild your life—but don’t know where to start

  • You’ve done the work, but still feel like something’s missing

  • You want a trauma-informed process that sees all of you, not just your symptoms

  • You’re tired of adapting—and ready to remember who you truly are

A Final Note:

I didn’t gather credentials to impress you.
I gathered them so you’d feel safe
until you could feel yourself again.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to someone ancient.
You.
